This project was a complete refurbishment, starting by removing all the internal walls and ceilings, leaving just the structural walls needed to form the new loft conversion going on top. Our team also cut out sections from the front of the house and replaced all the pvc window frames, transforming this into a little gem in essex, truly done the 'Signature' way.

With 4 bedrooms including an en suite to one of the bedrooms, a large spacious kitchen and an open plan lounge/dining area, this conversion really does have a modern touch to it.
